Some people know they are dreaming when they are asleep. You must also know you are dreaming when you wake-up. When you know you are dreaming when you wake up, then you are really waking up.
If you are curious, you will learn. If you are desperate, you will discover.
Leave your existence to existence, stop caring for yourself so much and let the universe care for you; it is the best mother.
Let the mind come as it wants; just you don't go with it. The greatest salesman in the world cannot sell you if you don't buy.
The simplest aspect of self-enquiry is to just hold onto the sense I AM, the sense of Being. Keep the sense of "I" or "I AM" by itself. Everyone can do this exercise - it brings immediate results.
Dying to your own attachments is a beautiful death. Because this death releases you into real life. You have to die as a seed to live as a tree.
Mainly we obsess on fixing or pacifying the mind. I simply ask you to observe it from a place of neutrality.
The world cannot hold onto you, for the world is not sentient. The world doesn't have a mind nor does it have desires; it is only your mind's objectivisation. It is your own mind's play which imagines that an object—call it the mind or whatever—can hold onto you. It is the idea you have of who you are that is holding onto its own fearful projections as the mind. Leave all of this and remain as the pure, joyous Self.
Freedom is to be free of attachments, and the main attachment is to the 'I'-self.
When you can bear your own silence, you are free.
Some beings will walk with you for the duration of this bodily existence, up to the very end. Some will come with bright promises, bright lights, but they fade quickly. Others come, they don’t look like they will go very far, but they are marathon runners; they’re there with you all the time. You cannot determine this... Somehow in the flow of your own unique river, you will see that everything is as it should be.
If I could give you only one advice, I would say: Don't identify with anything. Be completely empty - no one. Be no-body and see if you lose anything but delusion.
Blessed is the mind that jumps over and beyond its own conditioning and lands again into its natural state of unmoving awareness.
When you have no intention then you have no tension! Be flexible.
Satsang is the invitation to step into the fire of self-discovery. This fire will not burn you, it will burn only what you are not.
Just as you wash your hands before eating, clear your mind before engaging with the world.
Something brought you here. Trust that it will satisfy its own intention to take you Home.
Nothing belongs to you or me. Nothing belongs. Everything, everything, everything simply IS.
Once you are present in the Energyfield of Self-discovery, it's like you are a piece of ice in warm water. The warm water is the Self. The ice is the mind. The warm water is not fighting with the ice. The ice can not resist the melting. It is a natural and fatal attraction.
You are here. You are not the one who will go and come. Let what you're suffering from go and come, not you. You stay put.
The greatest healing would be to wake up from what we are not.
When one is genuinely ready, Truth finds a way to introduce itself inside the heart and ends the feeling of separation.
We are identifying with what is passing so fear comes. We are trying to make steady and permanent what is by nature impermanent.
