A harmonized mind produces harmony in this world of seeming discord.

One should cultivate human values for healthy living. This calls for harmony in thought, word, and deed. When you cultivate this harmony you will be free from desires and fears.

Be in harmony, yet be different.

I just want to live as a simple Buddhist monk, but during the last thirty years I have made many friends around the world and I want to have close contact with these people. Whether conscious of it or not, his thought is affected for the better by the joy or gratitude of another, and his power and vitality increase thereby, and the music of his life grows more in harmony.

Pray May all reach the shore of peace, spreading the sweet holy fragrance of Love and vibrations of unity and harmony.

Kindness is the key to peace and harmony in family life.
