If we are in tune with the fundamental laws of nature, we will enjoy the process of life. Otherwise, suffering is inevitable.

The present moment is filled with joy and happiness. If you are attentive, you will see it.

We are People who need to love, because Love is the soul's life, Love is simply creation's greatest joy.

The world cannot hold onto you, for the world is not sentient. The world doesn't have a mind nor does it have desires; it is only your mind's objectivisation. It is your own mind's play which imagines that an object—call it the mind or whatever—can hold onto you. It is the idea you have of who you are that is holding onto its own fearful projections as the mind. Leave all of this and remain as the pure, joyous Self.

Creativity means enjoying any work as meditation; doing any work with deep love.

From tiny, tiny waves of joy, one gets to the ocean of happiness, which is called bliss.

The gift of the Truth beats all other gifts. The flavour of the Truth beats all other tastes. The joy of the Truth beats all other joys, and the cessation of desire conquers all suffering.

God made us for joy. God is joy, & the joy of living reflects the original joy that God felt in creating us.

Enjoyment is an art and a skill for which we have little talent or energy... your entire education has deprived you of this capacity because it was preparing you for the future, instead of showing you how to be alive now.

Ever-new Joy is God. He is inexhaustible; as you continue your meditations during the years, He will beguile you with an infinite ingenuity. Devotees like yourself who have found the way to God never dream of exchanging Him for any other happiness; He is seductive beyond thought of competition.

When one practices breath-control through Kriya, one enjoys a blissful state and becomes free from ego.

From joy people are born; for joy they live; in joy they melt at death. Death is an ecstasy, for it removes the burden of the body and frees the soul of all pain springing from body identification. It is the cessation of pain and sorrow.

If in this hell of a world one can bring a little joy and peace even for a day into the heart of a single person, that much alone is true; this I have learnt after suffering all my life; all else is mere moonshine.

So many people of wealth understand much more about making and saving money than about using and enjoying it. They fail to live because they are always preparing to live.

He who knows that all things are his mind, That all with which he meets are friendly, Is ever joyful.

In happiness and suffering, in joy and grief, we should regard all creatures as we regard our own self.
