Words and thoughts concerning compassionate action that are not put into practice are like beautiful flowers that are colorful but have no fragrance.
Abhyasa (practice) is a dedicated, unswerving, constant, and vigilant search into a chosen subject pursued against all odds in the face of repeated failures, for indefinitely long periods of time.

Practice Kriya carefully. There is no better friend than this. Kriya is the lotus feet of the Lord that will take you to the other shore. If you do not practice Kriya in this way, you will not get the real benefit of Kriya.
I don't want people to think that they can attain realization simply by listening to others or by reading books. They must practice what they read and hear.
