The sun can give heat and light to the whole world, but he cannot do so when the clouds shut out his rays. Similarly as long as egotism veils the heart, God cannot shine upon it.

Even great travelers of the inner world have got stuck in beautiful experiences, and have become identified with those experiences, thinking, "I have found myself." They have stopped before reaching the final stage where all experiences disappear. Enlightenment is not an experience.

If you open the armpits, the brain becomes light. You cannot brood or become depressed.

Trying to find a buddha or enlightenment is like trying to grab space.

Let your life lightly dance on the edges of Time like dew on the tip of a leaf.

In order to develop love - universal love, cosmic love, whatever you would like to call it one must accept the whole situation of life as it is, both the light and the dark, the good and the bad. One must open oneself to life, communicate with it.

Wisdom consists in doing the next thing you have to do, doing it with your whole heart, and finding delight in doing it.

Whosoever is delighted in solitude is either a wild beast or a god.

For the warrior, every moment is a challenge to be genuine, and each challenge is delightful. When you let go properly, you can relax and enjoy the challenge.

At times the truth shines so brilliantly that we perceive it as clear as day. Our nature and habit then draw a veil over our perception, and we return to a darkness almost as dense as before. We are like those who, though beholding frequent flashes of lightning, still find themselves in the thickest darkness of the night.

When we see a beautiful thing, what is it? It is just some light entering into our eyes making us mad. Or some frequency entering our ear, and we get mad. Or something scraping our tongue. And what is the tongue…just a lump of flesh waggling around. But when something touches its surface we go mad. This is what material enjoyment means, and we take it seriously.

Your enlightenment is perfect only when silence has come to be a celebration. Hence my insistence that after you meditate you must celebrate. After you have been silent you must enjoy it, you must have a thanksgiving. A deep gratitude must be shown towards the whole just for the opportunity that you are, that you can meditate, that you can be silent, that you can laugh.

If you believe in light, you'll be in light, you don't have to face darkness.

If you think you are enlightened; go home for Thanksgiving.

A sincere teacher can show others the right path to spiritual enlightenment.

Pure love makes you feel as light as a flower. You won't feel any heaviness or burden. Ego creates the burden.

My Beloved One gleams like the lightning flash in the sky.

Outside and above the mind there is the play of a consciousness which is lighted by the higher Truth, but man is not conscious of it and of that he has to be conscious.

Travel light, Arrive quickly.

There is nothing wrong with duality as long as it does not create conflict. Multiplicity and variety without strife is joy. In pure consciousness there is light. For warmth, contact is needed. Above the unity of being is the union of love. Love is the purpose of duality.

The process of education takes place in the field of consciousness; the prerequisite to complete education is therefore the full development of consciousness - enlightenment. Knowledge is not the basis of enlightenment, enlightenment is the basis of knowledge.

Your world is all these elements. Of light and sound, of taste, smell, and touch, woven together in many dimensions on the fabulous loom of your brain. Your brain; the most complicated thing in the world, which you yourself grew...without even thinking about it.

The Self is the heart, self-luminous. Illumination arises from the heart and reaches the brain, which is the seat of the mind. The world is seen with the mind; so you see the world by the reflected light of the Self.
